What's the Market like in Summit County Colorado?

How's the market in Summit County Colorado?  As we begin a new year, sales have slowed down quite a bit, however, prices still remain above 10% from 2017.  The market is changing and will become more of an even playing field for Buyer's as interest rates continue to increase.

The average price in Breckenridge is now over $1 million dollars with just 39 properties for sale under $1 million amd 110 properteries for sale over a million.

Frisco is consistanly low on inventories with inventory levels at 22 properties currently for sale.  You can get a studio for $250000,which is actually a good deal.

Dillon and Silverthorne are experiencing quite a bit of growth with new developments occuring along the riverfront in Silverthorne and a large development occuring in town in Dillon.

Copper Mtn. is also lagging behind with inventories currently

Keystone is also experiencing new growth with another new development of condos.

If you are thinking of getting into the market, now is a good time before interest rates get too high.  If you are Selling, get a jump on the market now before everyone else joins in during May, June and July. If you sell now you won't have as much competition, and have a higher probability to get closer to your asking price.
