Frisco, Colorado is a Historic small town which started in the 1880´s. It is located in Summit County at the base of Mt. Royal with many mountain peaks surrounding the town. Frisco is a great place to raise a family, there are plenty of activities, biking in the summertime on the bike path which goes right through town, and this path is paved and will take you to Keystone, Vail, Copper Mountain, Dillon. There are numerous events in the summertime, concerts, art festivals, farmer´s market, etc. You can hike on the numerous hiking trails which start in Frisco, go boating on the Marina, white water rafting, or shopping. There are numerous boutique type shops in Frisco and several Art galleries. Also if you want a great restaurant, bar, or bistro, we have several world-class restaurants to choose from as well as casual dining.

In the winter time we are located within 5 minutes to Copper Mountain for skiing or within 25 minutes to Vail, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone, Loveland and A-Basin. Frisco is a prime location to be based out of for your recreational needs. We are also only 1 hour to the West side of Denver or 1 hr and 30 minutes to Denver International Airport.

Several local people live in Frisco as well as second homeowners.  There is an Elementary school in Frisco (5 total in Summit County), the Middle school is also located in Frisco which is utilized for all of Summit County and the High school is located toward Breckenridge for a short 4 minutes drive.
